Empress Accounting was founded in 2020 because Miss Bacote needed a change.  The impact of the Coronavirus has affected us all in many ways and for her it was a wake-up call to fully pursue this dream.

She took her first Accounting class during her senior year of high school and immediately fell in love, knowing it was what she wanted to do for a living.  She has since received a BS in Accounting and a MS in Financial Planning.

In her graduate studies she received positive feedback most notably by a professor who told her “You add a lot to the discussion which deepens the experience of everyone in the class”. People speak highly of her in every area of her life from Undergrad Professors, to people she worked with in every position she has held, to people who know her personally, and the list goes on.

She has a proven track record of not only performing but functioning on a higher level than most, breaking barriers and leaving a mark.
